This is Carter. He is a shih-tzu poodle mix (go ahead, combine the 2 breeds names in your mind.. I know what you are thinking!) and he is about 1.5 years old. He doesn't dress up often, but his grandma got him an Aloha shirt in Hawaii, and we had to take some pictures with it on! We got him last year when he was just 6 weeks old and weighed 1 pound. Here is what he looked like back then:
He is probably the happiest, friendliest dog that I have ever met. He loves to snuggle with me and play rowdy with his daddy. At first, I was against the whole "ring dog" idea for the wedding, but everyone seems to assume that he will be a part of the day, since he is a part of the family. The biggest problem is that he looooves everybody and if he had to walk down the aisle, he would want to stop and lick every guest along the way. What do you guys think- does anyone have any experience with a pet in their wedding? Or have you gone to a wedding with a pet in it? If so, how did it turn out?
